Y-PATTERN PISTON (LIFT) CHECK VALVES - VOGT

The Vogt Y-Pattern Piston Lift Check Valve was created for reliability. Its seal welded bonnet valve construction is designed to support the full longitudinal stress induced by the operating pressure and prevent joint failure caused by seal weld failure.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

  • Increased uptime due to the quality fit of the body/bonnet to ensure that valve operating torques are ''frictionally resisted'' by the connection, eliminating operating stresses on seal welds
  • Functional qualifications per ratings in accordance with the ASME B16.34 Limited Class
  • Enhanced reliability resulting from seal weld design minimizes stress and is subject only to circumferential stress which is induced by the operating pressure
