High Speed Hydraulic Ram

Unique Turret
The up and lower are machined together by the special machine in order to make station alignment. Bushed equipped with 2 keyways for manual setting of specific tools.
Featured auto index
Combined synchronization belt and worm wheel transfer can get high accuracy. Sectionalized worm wheel constructs eliminate the clearance. The flexible designs of this structure make it easy that the 2 index stations can be changed to 4 Max. diameter is 88.9mm.

Pneumatic Clamp

Hydraulic Clamp(option)
Fitted with hydraulic clamps, different material can fitted in and the press can be adjusted suitably.Thin clamp make themselves to into the gap easily. Detect device always make the CNC control the actually position of the clamps.
Brush and Steel Table
With brush and steel table, sheet can be supported fully during punch. It lower downs the noise, vibrating and wearing to the sheet, which make the sheet free of scratch.
Central lubrication system
